Our Code of Conduct and Integrity
The Code of Conduct and Integrity (the Code) provides guidance on the standards of behaviour expected from those who work for and with us, including our directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, business partners, and all those affiliated with our subsidiaries and related companies over which we have control. The Code brings Fortescue’s Values to life and supports ethical, lawful and responsible conduct across our activities. It provides a framework for acting safely, ethically and responsibly in connection with Fortescue’s activities.
Sustainable Supply Chain
We are committed to advancing sustainable supply chain practices. This includes our upstream suppliers who support and contribute to our operations, projects and products. Our approach is integrated into sourcing and contracting processes and focuses on identifying and managing risks, reducing harm and working collaboratively with suppliers to create long-term value and more resilient supply chains. Our Sustainable Supply Chain Standard sets out the minimum expectations for all suppliers providing goods, services and works globally, including contractors and sub-contractors and workers throughout their supply chains. It is structured around four key pillars including human rights, greenhouse gas emissions, circularity and traceability.
